Usually Windows Startup folder is located at `C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp`
Browse to this folder and edit the properties of the Duplicati 2 shortcut. Add space and after `--no-hosted-server` to the Target field. So the end of the line should look like `Duplicati.GUI.TrayIcon.exe" --no-hosted-server`
